Pixelodeon House Mix

DJ Christopher Reddick

On Saturday, June 9th, we had an awesome party sponsored by Revver. There was an amazing performance by Paul Dateh (the hip-hop violinist) with ‘DJ Inka. One‘ and music being spun all night by DJ Christopher Reddick.

Little did we know that DJ Christopher Reddick had his own weekly trance music podcast called Shake Down. His latest episode gives you over an hour’s worth of the trance goodness that was being spun at the Pixelodeon party. So without further ado, we give you the PIXELODEON HOUSE MIX!

This is how we rolled. :)

Hate bars? Under 21? Here’s another place people will meet up!

Posted by Steve Woolf on Tuesday, June 5th, 2007

After Pixelodeon wraps on Saturday, Revver’s hooking up the official Pixelodeon party. But there are lots of people that don’t like bars or might be too young to get in.

Everyone can hang at the unofficial official meetup spot at Lucky Strike Lanes. Here’s the location and directions from AFI.

This place is amazing and is a huge hang-out spot.

It’s a Party, Bitches!

Posted by Steve Woolf on Tuesday, June 5th, 2007

The official party of Pixelodeon sponsored by Revver happens Saturday night, June 9th at The Blu Monkey Lounge in Hollywood (location, directions from AFI).

From 7-9 PM we’ll have free beer and wine, food, a DJ, and a special performance from Paul Dateh, hip-hop violist, and DJ inka.one.

It’s 21+, so bring your ID or you won’t be able to get in! Also, we will be announcing other gathering points for the whole night for all ages!

If you’re not there you’re a freaking loser!

In addition to our curated screenings, Pixelodeon will also have a Community Theater where anyone can sign up to screen their work, show off their web service or tool, or do a performance. We’ll also have a large room for meet ups or ad hoc panels. Anything is possible. Look out for more details soon. Email jay.dedman@gmail.com for more details.

Welcome to the new Pixelodeon site!

Posted by Rick Rey on Friday, May 11th, 2007

As the official “webdude” of Pixelodeon, I want to welcome everyone to the new site. We’ll be adding new features and tweaking things a bit over the next few weeks.

Also, and this is very important, the Pixelodeon organizers will be posting regular updates to this blog, so you should definitely subscribe to the RSS feed. You can also plug the feed into your favorite video aggregator, like iTunes or FireAnt. It supports enclosures and we’ll be distributing video content very soon.

If you have any questions about the website, just let me know. Thanks!
